For custom rugs:

• Previews may be provided where applicable.

• Once customer approval is received, the order becomes final.

• Exact replication may not be possible due to handmade processes.

We accept:

• Online payments via payment gateways

• UPI

• Bank transfers

• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

Full COD is not available.

For Partial COD orders:
